Remember to request only if you have the money to pay for the commission, long-term payments are not accepted.

I reserve the right to reject your order without explanation.

If the request/project does not respect the style or working method of the artist, it may eventually be rejected.

Applications are only accepted for those over the age of 18+, they must have their own PayPal account, no type of agreement will be accepted with an account other than the applicant.

Applications that include AI-generated characters or people linked to crypto NFTs are not accepted (you may be banned).

Prices are in USD and payments through Paypal invoice.

Full payment is required to start the artwork.

The payment period is a maximum of 72 business hours, otherwise the invoice will be cancelled.

Price may increase depending the complexity of the commission.

The established prices do not include paypal taxes, so any type of voluntary tip is appreciated when paying the invoice.

All listed prices are for personal use only, unless I state the inclusion of commercial fee in the commission's type details.

TYPE A: Price x2 for promotional/streaming purposes (Music videos, VTuber branding, digital goods).

TYPE B: Price x3 for merchandise purposes (Ex. stickers, prints, acrylic charms).

Once the commission starts there’s no refund so please stay aware of this before requesting.

If for some reason I'm unable to finish your commission, I'll refund 100%.

Provide full character references (full body, base colors, additional details, settings, etc.).

You can share it via google document, drive Google, sta.sh , imgur , toyhou.se.

If the reference is only text without clear images, your commission will be rejected.

AI generated referrals will also be rejected.

If you want to attach a very specific pose, remember that I will only take it as a reference, I am not willing to copy it 100%.

In the case of a Ref sheet Custom design, remember to attach the genre of clothing as many images as possible that adapt and serve to develop the character, hairstyles, accessories.

The delivery time is relative depending on the workload of the month.

Keep in mind that I only work business days from Monday to Friday.

Ych Icon estimated time of 1-7 weeks of delivery.

Chibi, regular commission of 2-10 weeks of delivery.

Illustration, Ref sheet 3-15 weeks delivery.

Remember to be patient, you can track the progress on my TRELLO will update every 3 days.

A limited amount of wip will be sent at the sketch and rendering stage.

Remember to mention what you want to correct at this stage to avoid the most tedious corrections when the work is more advanced.

Maximum of 3 revisions, you can demand a change of pose in the sketch stage.

After the 3 revisions, the extra revisions will be charged.

Errors on my part, such as in the sketch and rendering phase, will be corrected free of charge, but if they were caused by some limitation such as the resolution of the referential image or incomplete reference attached by the client, they will remain the same (please review and mention the important details you want to highlight).

The icon YCH do not include wips, the final product will be delivered after the accepted request..

The final piece is delivered through a Sta.sh link, email, google drive link.

I hold all the copyright to post/use the commissioned artwork, unless privacy is stated in the commission request.

Credit must be given to me when commissioned artwork is being used.

You are not allowed to:

Modify or alter the artwork.

Use it for other purposes that weren't discussed previously.

Use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Use the final piece in AI generators. If you do, you will be instantly blacklisted.

TOS is subject to change without previous notice.

If you break the TOS rules, you will be blacklisted for future commissions.
